Definition

Hair washing, styling, cutting, setting, dyeing, coloring, perming, straightening and similar activities, shaving and trimming of beards and moustaches, hair spa activities carried out in hair salons.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
