Renting and leasing operations of machinery and equipment used in construction and civil engineering without operators, such as cranes, forklifts, scaffolding and platforms that are not installed and dismantled, etc.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
