A company established under Thai law to provide management or technical services or support services to affiliated enterprises or their branches, whether located in Thailand or abroad, which provides support in the following matters: 1. General administration, business planning and business coordination, such as providing advice on administration, selection and training of employees. 2. Raw material and parts procurement, such as finding sources of purchases for affiliated companies, acting only as a coordinator and not making sales itself. Sales must be conducted between suppliers and affiliated companies. 3. Product research and development, such as conducting research and development on methods for breeding freshwater shrimp for high yields. 4. Technical support, such as sending experts to inspect and test factory machinery, providing technical advice on glass production. 5. Marketing and sales promotion, such as providing advice and planning on marketing, sales and public relations, contacting and coordinating with investment groups, accepting advertising contacts through various media to publicize and introduce products. 6. Personnel administration and training in the region, such as being a center for training flight attendants. 7. Financial consulting, such as providing financial advice on loan procurement and loan structuring. 8. Economic and investment analysis and research, such as providing information on investment directions in the retail business, compiling reports.
