Definition
Leasing and operation of real estate owned or leased from others other than residential premises, usually on a monthly basis, such as factories, office buildings, markets and storage buildings; non-residential buildings including event buildings, department stores, shopping centres, cinemas and multi-purpose buildings not for residential purposes; land leasing; owner-operated building development projects for rent.
