Definition

Buying and selling of non-residential real estate owned by the owner, such as factories, office buildings, markets, storage buildings and other non-residential buildings, including event buildings, department stores, shopping malls, cinemas and multi-purpose buildings not used as residential buildings. Allocating land without developing the land (e.g. creating additional roads and utilities).
