The service is a central market for buying and selling products/services by using the Internet (e-marketplace), which is a website that is a center for gathering many products and stores to serve as a medium for buying and selling products between each other, allowing the general public to offer to buy or sell products and providing a ready-made website service for entrepreneurs to open online stores on the central market website to sell various products or services.
Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists. This activity is not among the mappings we hold, so a foreign investor can generally hold up to 100% of the equity, subject to any sector-specific licence and to minimum-capital rules (typically THB 2 million per restricted business, or THB 3 million where a Foreign Business Licence applies).
