Definition
The service of preparing food and beverages, including ice cream and cakes, ready to consume, with or without seating, whether at a table or self-service from a food shelf, whether eaten in the store, taken away or delivered to home, such as restaurants, eateries, cafes, counters or booths, self-service restaurants, fast food restaurants, restaurants/eateries, cafes, counters or booths in vehicles such as trains, ships or aircraft operated by other agencies, restaurants providing delivery services.
