Operation of air traffic control towers, air traffic control, services performed by radar stations that identify airports, fire-fighting and fire prevention services at airports, hangar services and general maintenance (except repair), aircraft towing services, and other services supporting space transportation.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.   • US Treaty of Amity — US nationals may hold majority ownership in most activities, treated as Thai nationals for FBA purposes.
