Definition
Non-scheduled passenger air transportation by any type of aircraft (including helicopters) both domestically and internationally; charter of passengers; sightseeing flights and other types of flights; rental of air transport equipment with a controller for the purpose of carriage of passengers by air; and general aviation activities such as flying clubs for training purposes or recreational flying.
