Wholesale of new automobile parts and accessories, such as tires and inner tubes, spark plugs, batteries, lighting equipment, air conditioners and electrical parts, automotive gas installation equipment, automotive accessories, etc., regardless of the method of sale.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.   • Foreign Business Licence — permission from the Ministry of Commerce to operate a List 2 or List 3 activity as a foreign-majority company.
  • US Treaty of Amity — US nationals may hold majority ownership in most activities, treated as Thai nationals for FBA purposes.
