Definition

Manufacture of refrigeration or freezing equipment for industrial use (e.g. refrigerators, freezers, etc.), including essential components; manufacture of air conditioners, including types used in vehicles; manufacture of fans other than household appliances; manufacture of heat exchange machinery; manufacture of machinery for producing liquids from air or from gases; manufacture of ventilation fans for attics (gable roof fans, roof ventilators, etc.).

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
