Production of basic precious metals, such as the production and smelting of unformed and formed precious metals, gold, silver, platinum, etc., from ores and scraps of those precious metals; production of mixed precious metals; production of products with precious metals as a semi-mix; rolling of silver sheets on materials with basic metals or silver; rolling of gold sheets on materials with basic metals or silver; production of platinum and groups of platinum metals into sheets with gold, silver and basic metals; production of drawn precious metal wire; production of foil sheets from precious metals.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
