Definition

Production of seamless steel pipes by hot rolling, hot extrusion, hot drawing or cold drawing, cold rolling; production of welded steel pipes by cold forming or hot forming and welding, which are in the welded state or further processed by cold drawing or cold rolling or produced by hot forming, welding and reduction rolling; production of pipe fittings made of various types of steel, such as flanges, threaded butt weld sleeves and butt welding fittings.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
