Definition

Manufacture of perfumes and toilet articles such as perfumes and cosmetics, sunscreens and body creams, manicure and pedicure products, shampoos, hair coatings, hair perming and straightening agents, toothpastes, oral hygiene products and dental adhesives, shaving creams including pre- and post-shave lotions, deodorants, bath salts and hair removal creams.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
