Definition

Production of chemical fertilizers, fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium in the form of single fertilizers or complex fertilizers, urea, natural phosphate salts and natural potassium salts, production of potting soil with plant remains as the main ingredient and production of potting soil which is a mixture of natural soil, sand, mud and various minerals.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.   • US Treaty of Amity — US nationals may hold majority ownership in most activities, treated as Thai nationals for FBA purposes.
