Production of alcohol (Ethyl Alcohol) and ester by fermentation, such as sugarcane, cassava or other similar plants and molasses, etc.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
