Definition

Manufacture of curtains (including drapes) and blinds, curtain rods or bed frames, of textiles of all kinds, including knitted and crocheted; manufacture of sacks or bags for packing goods, of jute or other vegetable fibres, cotton, man-made textile materials and other textile materials; manufacture of furniture or machine covers, floor cloths, dusters, life jackets and parachutes, etc.; manufacture of hand-woven embroidered wall decorations.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.   • US Treaty of Amity — US nationals may hold majority ownership in most activities, treated as Thai nationals for FBA purposes.
