Definition

The production of liquors from malt, such as beer, ale, dark beer, and malt production. It also includes the production of low-alcohol or non-alcoholic beers.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
