Production of sweetmeats (except for sweetened fruits) such as Look Chup, Piek Poon, Luem Gluen, Kalamae, Tako, Khao Niao Kaew. Production of fresh sweetmeats (except for candied vegetables and fruits) such as Thong Yip, Thong Yot, Foi Thong, Med Khanun. Production of fried sweetmeats such as Dok Jok, Bua Fak, Man Rang Nok, Kluai Khek, Khanom Kong, Thong Phlu. Production of boiled sweetmeats such as Tom Daeng, Tom Khao, Khao Tom Nam Wun. Production of steamed sweetmeats such as Khanom Chan, Pui Fai, Thua Fu, Sai Sai, Khanom Tan, Khanom Kluai, Khanom Thua. Production of other sweetmeats such as Cha Mongkut, Thong Ek, Coconut Milk Jelly.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists. This activity is not among the mappings we hold, so a foreign investor can generally hold up to 100% of the equity, subject to any sector-specific licence and to minimum-capital rules (typically THB 2 million per restricted business, or THB 3 million where a Foreign Business Licence applies).
