Definition

Production of frozen prepared foods (TV dinners), production of frozen prepared seafood, production of frozen prepared snacks, production of bakery, dessert and other frozen prepared foods, production of frozen prepared fast foods such as pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, etc. It also includes the production of frozen prepared meat and poultry.

Excluded from this code

  • Manufacture of processed food products mainly from meat and poultry. See activity 10139.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
