Definition

Production of canned fruits, nuts and vegetables or other airtight containers such as glass bottles or special plastic bags, peeled, decorated, cooked by blanching, boiling or steaming, through heat treatment, including vacuum packing. Canned vegetables and fruits such as beans, carrots, corn, baby corn, tomatoes, pineapple, rambutan, lychee, etc.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
