Definition
Production of canned fish or other airtight containers, with fish as the main ingredient, which has been cooked and packed in brine, sauce, oil or other non-seasonings, such as tuna in brine, tuna in oil, sardines in tomato sauce, etc., through heat treatment, including vacuum packaging.

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
