Definition
Mining of high-quality coal, underground and surface mining, including mining by extracting crude oil and separating gas from coal, cleaning, grading, sorting, grinding, compressing coal for sorting, improving quality or for facilitating transportation or storage. It also includes the production of high-quality coal from coal powder.
