Definition

Activities related to watering equipment and agricultural irrigation tools, for compensation or under contract, such as spray watering equipment (sprinklers), drip watering equipment, both on the surface and underground.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.
