Definition

Control of insects and pests related to agriculture, for a fee or by contract, spraying insecticides and weed control, including aerial spraying and fumigation to control pests.

Foreign ownership

The Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) restricts majority foreign ownership only for the activities named in its three annexed Lists.   • US Treaty of Amity — US nationals may hold majority ownership in most activities, treated as Thai nationals for FBA purposes.
